Course Guidelines

Tutors may only teach courses which align with their selected program.

• Tutors are responsible for preparing appropriate materials for each session.
• Sessions should align with the course syllabus and objectives.

Code of Conduct

Tutors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any form of misconduct will result in penalties or termination. This includes but is not limited to:

• Failure to show up for scheduled sessions without prior notice.
• Using offensive language or unprofessional behavior.
• Soliciting payments directly from students.
• Engaging in activities unrelated to tutoring during sessions.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing personal contact details with students outside the platform.
• Offering tutoring services outside the platform.
• Using unauthorized materials or violating copyright laws.
• Disclosing confidential information about students.

Termination Clause

This agreement may be terminated by either party with a two-week written notice. Immediate termination may occur if:

• The tutor violates any terms of this agreement.
• There are repeated complaints from students.
• The tutor is found to have provided false information during the application process.

Payment Structure

Tutors will be compensated based on the courses they tutor. Each course has a fixed price set by the platform, and tutors will receive a percentage of the course price per session conducted. For assignments, tutors will set a price per assignment, and the platform will receive a percentage of that price.

• Tutoring:Tutors will receive 70% of the course price per session conducted.
• Assignment:Tutors will receive 85% and platform will receive 15% of the assignment price per session conducted.
